Services Rendered:

GoodleAdz.com is a "paid to surf" traffic exchange website that provides free members with the opportunity to earn money for viewing other members' web pages. You do not have to pay anything to join. You can increase your rate of earnings by upgrading to paid membership.

Refund Policy:

We do NOT offer any kind of refunds. Earnings are not guaranteed and payments to you are dependant on the net income of GoodleAdz.com. In times of slow growth, we reserve the right to reduce the proposed daily earnings to ensure the survival of the program.You accept that the operators of GoodleAdz.com will try their best to provide and maintain this service indefinitely whilst outcomes are positive, but cannot be held responsible for events beyond their direct control.

Conditions:

You can not participate under any circumstances if you are not at least eighteen years of age. Membership in GoodleAdz.com is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Participation is void wherever prohibited by law.

No multiple accounts for members is allowed. We consider creating multiple accounts as abuse to our system. We reserve the right to terminate any multiple accounts without written notice. All balances an credits left will be deleted and non-refundable.

Anti-Spam Policy:

All members must abide by our strict anti-spam rules that prohibit spamming in any of its forms. It is also stipulated that investors can only make posts about GoodleAdz.com on the websites where such posting is allowed. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the program.

If you are found to have spammed, GoodleAdz reserves the right to disable or terminate your account immediately and without warning. All funds will be forfeited. GoodleAdz may impose a penalty for each spam policy violation. GoodleAdz also reserves the right to determine what violates this policy, in which case, any violation that occurs will result in account termination without refund of any monies.

Refusal of Service:
GoodleAdz, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to any Advertiser. Violation of any polices, rules or regulations could result in a warning or possible account termination. Accounts may be terminated for any reason and without any prior notice to the Advertiser. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be subject to refunds.

Site Complience

To ensure the smooth operation of this service for all users, it is required that you and each site that you promote with the service must comply with the following:

1. Web sites advertised must not have any pop-up windows, pop-in windows, exit splash, downloads, redirects, Trojans or malicious code.
2. No code to break out of our frame or anything which could interrupt the auto page rotation. Members who add framebreaker sites to our rotator will get their accounts deleted with no question asked.
3. Web sites advertised must not be broken, under-construction, or slow-loading.

4. We do not allow Rotators or URL Trackers of any kind.

5. No Facebook.com or Youtube.com profile pages. Other sites requiring login may not be accepted.

Web sites advertised must NOT contain the following themes:

1. Pornography, matchmaking, mail-order brides, politics, Gothic, Wicca, Satanism, witchcraft, auto-surf and must not contain violent or inappropriate content.

2. Do not promote your GoodleAdz.com referral page within the GoodleAdz rotator. Any sites submitted using GoodleAdz web site will be deleted.

3. Paid To Promote pages of PTR or any others are not allowed. Please don't add to site rotator or you will be warned and the site deleted.

4. No inappropriate, illegal, adult or violent content or any text or material that might reasonably cause offense, including websites promoting illegal software, warez, cracks, etc. GoodleAdz reserves the right to determine unacceptable themes. These will be deleted without notice! If you break any of the above rules, your account may be deleted without notice and all GoodleAdz CASH funds will be forfeited.

Waiver:
In keeping with these terms, I, the advertiser, furthermore release and forever discharge and hold harmless GoodleAdz, it's parent media company, it's heirs, successors and assigns and employees from any liability, claims and or demands of any kind or nature either in law or in equity, which arise or hereafter arise from my advertising purchases.

Copyright:
Images displayed on the website are either the property of, or used with permission by GoodleAdz.com. You are prohibited from using or authorizing the use of these images unless specifically permitted, or in relation to our Invitation Program. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, or other regulations and statutes.

Daily Rebate:
As a BRONZE member you will be paid up to a maximum of 2% rebate based on your Ad Credit value for every day you qualify for such payment. Please note that this is always based on daily company sales. It is also important to understand that IF sales one day should be 0 (zero) dollars, the rebate percentage for that day will also be 0%.

Normally and based on past experience you should see this percentage fluctuate from 0.5% and up to perhaps 1.5% per day.

Purchases:
Purchases are accepted Liberty Reserve. We may add other payment methods at any time at our sole discretion. Minimum addpk. units upgrade requirement is $10.00

• All sales are final. GoodleAdz does not guarantee any earnings and/or rebates. All rebates paid to advertisers are for the service of viewing other advertiser's Web sites. All commissions are for referring advertisers to GoodleAdz.

Refunds

• All advertising purchases are non-refundable after 2 weeks. Refund Requests are not accepted after 2 weeks from purchase.

Withdrawals:
• All withdrawals are paid directly to your e-currency account within 0-72 hours after withdrawal request has been submitted through your account.

• GoodleAdz.com notifies you by email when your withdrawal request is processed.

Risk and Liability:

You agree that use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, GoodleAdz expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied by law, custom or otherwise, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. GoodleAdz makes no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through the program or any transactions entered into through the program.

Violations:
You acknowledge that GoodleAdz.com. has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the platform and service, without liability to you or any third party, if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions.

The Admin of GoodleAdz reserves the right to refuse membership to any individuals who it deems to have broken or attempted to break the rules.

Further more, GoodleAdz admin also reserves the right to cancel such individuals accounts for the same reasons. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Service from time to time to see if any changes have been implemented.
